Recipharm has appointed Henning Neubauer as business director for Northern Germany and the Netherlands, and Antonio Lopez will serve as business director for Spain and Southern France.   Mr. Neubauer joins the company from a German start-up in Hamburg dealing with generic products, OTC and Rx, where he served as chief operating officer.
